My journey in real estate as a sales representative started and got shape under Sam Green's guidance. It took me from being timid to being confident. Though it is impossible to learn Sam’s 25 years of experience in just a few years, in his highly creative way, Sam taught me to be resourceful and to learn that by representing his brokerage I have access to his 25 years of experience. And that justifies the confidence that I am transferring to my clients. Sam’s creative approach to life is unique. His teaching seminars have given me the tools to control and manage toughest situations in sales. Though he knows a lot more than us and he is probably faster than all of us in calculating and understanding various issues, Sam will gladly repeat a lesson until we get it! The first stride is always the most difficult. That is when you would need a friend to be by your side to make things easier for you.
